Increw Group is seeking an experienced Site Support Administrator for our client in the Bowen basin.
This role supports multiple departments on site and plays an important part in keeping operations organised, compliant and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll processing
* MS Excel reporting and data management
* General administration support across multiple departments
* Scanning, formatting and managing documents
* Drafting documents and correspondence
* Maintaining site registers and records
* Assisting with onboarding and site documentation.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong aptitude in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
* Experience with Pegasus Training/Workforce system (desirable)
* Previous administration experience in mining, construction or service provider environments
* Current driver's license
* Current standard 11
* Coal board medical
