Lead Field Service Technician – Perth, WA
Overview
Join Honeywell as a Lead Field Service Technician, working with top minds to deliver and support electronic security solutions. This role focuses on understanding and meeting customer needs within the electronic security industry.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to assess security requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Generate tailored solutions with a specific emphasis on Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), CCTV, and alarm systems.
* Collaborate with the Field Service Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
* Provide expert knowledge of Honeywell and third‐party products to guide purchasing decisions.
* Service and maintain Honeywell and third‐party equipment (training provided).
* Configure security system hardware and software.
* Diagnose faults and repair security systems.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Security Technician or Electrician.
* Ability to understand and explain electronic security systems to clients (training provided).
* Strong communication skills and a customer‐focused approach.
* Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Availability to be on call and work a rotating roster.
