About the Role
In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager - Corporate while working within a wonderful finance team. Your role will focus on preparing accounts for Support at Home, utilising your financial expertise while providing business partnering support across the organisation.
As a highly motivated and organised finance professional, you will have knowledge and experience in accounts preparation, management reports, coaching and educating stakeholders in the interpretation of financial results.
You will work within a values-based organisation focused on continuous improvement while delivering services in a customer-focused, engaging and innovative manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing accounts for Support at Home
* Providing business partnering support across the organisation
* Collaborating with stakeholders to interpret financial results
Requirements
* Experience in Financial Accounting supported by tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Accounting
* Professional Accounting qualification, e.g. CA/CPA
* Commercial acumen with excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated, honest and flexible with a professional work ethic
* Ability to maintain valuable internal and external relationships
