About The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, fast‐paced and high‐performing retail leasing team supporting one of Australia's most exciting portfolios.
This permanent role is based in Melbourne with a hybrid working model. You'll take ownership of lease renewals and market rent reviews, working closely with stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes while contributing to a collaborative and results‐driven team environment.
What You Will Do
You will manage a high‐volume portfolio of lease renewals, leading negotiations and ensuring outcomes are aligned to business objectives. You'll apply your understanding of retail leases and use data to support decision making.
* Manage end-to‐end lease renewals across a large portfolio
* Lead negotiations to deliver commercially sound outcomes
* Interpret lease terms and apply them in negotiations and decision making
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely outcomes
* Use Excel to support analysis and reporting
* Contribute to a collaborative, high‐performing team
About You and Your Skills
You bring solid experience within retail leasing or a similar environment, with 4–7 years' experience. You have a strong understanding of lease structures and commercial negotiations, and you're confident managing volume, navigating complexity and influencing stakeholders in a fast‐paced environment.
* Experience negotiating leases and delivering commercial outcomes

* Ability to interpret lease documentation
