Lead Community Pharmacist
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a well-established pharmacy in Halls Head, Western Australia. As Lead Community Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing a large, collaborative team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dispensing Medication: Ensure that medications are dispensed accurately and efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Clinical Governance: Develop and implement clinical governance strategies to improve patient outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Leadership Development: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to develop their leadership skills and advance their careers.
* Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of service provided by the pharmacy.
Requirements:
* Pharmacist Registration: Current registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist in good standing.
* Experience: Proven experience in a similar role or as a senior pharmacist in a community pharmacy setting.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
