As a Content Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Graphic Design team by preparing clear and structured briefs for promotional, seasonal, and always-on content. You will assist with organizing, updating, and delivering digital assets across our website and app.

* Monitor performance of creative assets and adjust where performance is not in line with benchmarks
* Perform quality checks on creative assets to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and a polished customer experience
* Work closely with Marketing to understand campaign objectives and translate them into actionable creative tasks
* Help maintain an organized library of digital assets, campaign files, and content calendars
* Support ad-hoc creative, content, and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
• Passion for digital content, design, or marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-obsessed, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat
• Experience with CMS platforms (not essential)
