Training Coordinator
This is a key position that requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as strong administrative capabilities.
* Leadership Skills: The successful candidate will lead RTO administration and operations with integrity, ensuring high standards of compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Quality Assurance: Drive quality systems to achieve excellence in training delivery.
* Operational Management: Coordinate and deliver on RTO compliance requirements, adhering to Standards for RTOs.
* Marketing and Promotion: Market and promote training courses to attract learners.
* Training Information Development: Develop training information and issue it to prospective learners.
* Record-Keeping: Record participation and enter results accurately.
* Client Feedback: Gather client feedback to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of training programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. A compassionate approach with an ability to listen and relate to students is essential.
A qualification in Education, Business, or Management, or substantial experience in a similar role, would be advantageous. This is a full-time position with various shifts available, including afternoons, days, evenings, Mondays to Fridays, mornings, public holidays, shift work, and weekends. Reliable transportation to the designated work area is required.
