* Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Directors, Estate Managers, and creative agencies to deliver compelling marketing assets.
* Digital Campaigns: Manage digital campaigns (eDM, SMS, portals), listings, and CRM data integrity.
* Team Support: Support onboarding and training of marketing coordinators.
* Insightful Reporting: Produce insightful reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
* Automation Improvements: Contribute to marketing automation and CRM integration improvements.
Requirements
* Residential Experience: Experienced in residential project marketing, including launches and multi-channel campaigns.
* Copywriting Skills: Skilled in copywriting, creative briefing, and asset approvals.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
* Analytical Thinking: Analytical, organised, and confident presenting insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborative Mindset: A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Education: Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field.
* Agent's Representative Certificate: Agent's Representative Certificate (advantageous).
* Police Background Check: Police background check required.
