What you'll be doing
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and finance support to the Senior Finance Manager – REN, ensuring the smooth operation of a complex and fast-paced portfolio.
* Provide confidential, efficient administrative and finance support
* Manage diaries, emails, workflows and competing priorities
* Create reports, presentations and maintain finance databases
* Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and stakeholder liaison
* Support approvals, correspondence and document flow across WSLHD

How to Apply

* Previous experience working in administrative support role including taking meeting minutes, arranging meetings and assisting with financial processes.
* Proven excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills within a multidisciplinary environment.
* High standard of customer service skills.
* Proven ability to take initiative and work independently and, also, to work effectively as part of a team.
* Highly developed skills in prioritisation, organisation and time management.
* Highly developed computer literacy skills, including using documentation tracking systems, Microsoft suite including database management, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional.
