About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position based at our Penrith branch, operating Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 5:00pm. Some Saturday work is required. Hours are 7am -11am.
Key responsibilities include:
* General store operations and customer support
* Inventory control and stock management
* Assisting customers at the counter and over the phone
* Contacting suppliers to follow up on existing customer orders
* Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

About You
We are seeking someone who is:
* Energetic, reliable, and proactive
* Strong in customer service with a positive, "can-do" attitude
* Willing to learn, grow, and develop new skills
* Strong in communication, organisation, and team collaboration
* A current NSW Driver's Licence is preferred but not essential
Previous experience in electrical wholesale, sales, or inventory management is beneficial but not required—full training will be provided.
