What You'll Be Doing
* Design, develop, and maintain robust API integrations between ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Technology One), HRIS (e.g., Workday, UKG), payroll systems (e.g., Employment Hero, Micropay, Payroll Metrics), and enterprise automation platforms.
* Integrate with external financial systems including banking platforms (e.g., payment gateways, direct debit services, reconciliation tools) and taxation systems (e.g., ATO, GST reporting, Single Touch Payroll, PAYG).
* Develop and maintain integrations with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, SEEK, and other talent acquisition systems.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
* Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient data exchange across all integrated systems.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows and performance.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration architecture, data mappings, and technical specifications.
* Work closely with cloud and architecture teams to deploy and manage integrations in Azure environments.

What Sets You Apart
* Strong experience in API development and integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
* Proven track record integrating ERP, HR, payroll, finance, and recruitment systems.
* Familiarity with banking APIs, payment processing, and financial data reconciliation.
* Experience integrating with taxation systems and services (e.g., Single Touch Payroll, BAS, PAYG).
* Hands‐on experience with payroll platforms and understanding of payroll data structures and compliance requirements.
* Hands‐on experience with Azure services including Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, and Event Grid.
* Understanding of secure authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, JWT) and data protection standards.
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills.
