About the opportunity
As a Solution Architect focusing on Marketing, Offers & Gaming, you will be instrumental in shaping the architectural vision and strategy of our company's loyalty programs and gaming platforms. You will be responsible for the development and execution of target state architecture and roadmaps for our marketing, loyalty and gaming systems, including but not limited to our gaming machine technology and loyalty rewards management platform.
Your role will be pivotal in constructing comprehensive end-to-end solution designs for products and applications within our Marketing and Gaming domain. This will involve close collaboration with business,engineering, and product stakeholders to understand system requirements and craft solutions that are purpose-built to meet these needs.
A day in the life of @ Solution Architect - Marketing, Loyalty & Gaming
1. Collaborate with Customer domain Architects and Enterprise Architects.
2. Support the Marketing and Gaming strategy and roadmap.
3. Define standards in collaboration with Practice/Chapter Leads and platform teams.
4. Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
5. Design solutions focusing on simplicity, customer engagement, and operational integration.
6. Govern application/product solution designs for architectural compliance.
7. Address architectural and management issues.
8. Act independently in dealing with deviations from standards.
9. Facilitate the adoption of target-state architectures.
10. Implement robust data security and access control designs.
Key Partners :
11. Internal: Customer Technology Leadership team, Product Managers, IT Solution Managers, Solution Architects.
12. External: Vendor Partners, WOW IT Architecture & Delivery teams, Consultants.
What you’ll need to succeed
Capabilities & Skills :
13. Tertiary qualifications or relevant industry certifications.
14. Experience as a Senior Solution Architect, preferably in Loyalty, Gaming, or Entertainment.
15. Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
16. Expertise in customer data management, Loyalty Program Management, and Gaming Systems.
17. Solid understanding of database design, particularly for gaming and customer loyalty systems.
18. Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, with knowledge of CI-CD tools and how they apply to loyalty and gaming solutions.
19. Possessing expertise in loyalty management platforms such as Eagle Eye is highly valued.
20. Knowledge of data migration patterns across on-premise and cloud-hosted platforms.
