We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help shape and strengthen our consulting capability.
The Opportunity
This is not a transactional recruitment role. You will act as a trusted advisor to Practice and Industry leaders, ensuring Terra Firma continues to attract and retain consultants who reflect our brand, capable, credible, and values-led professionals who thrive in complex client environments.
You will balance immediate delivery needs with long-term workforce planning, building talent pipelines aligned to our strategic growth areas.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Workforce Planning
* Partner with Industry (Account) Managers and Practice Executives to understand client demand, growth strategy, and capability gaps.
* Translate business strategy into targeted talent acquisition plans.
* Provide market insights and advice on talent availability, salary trends, and competitor positioning.
Brand-Aligned Talent Acquisition
* Source and engage high-calibre consultants across Business Analysis, Project Management, Change, Architecture, and related disciplines
* Ensure candidates demonstrate not only technical expertise, but consulting maturity, stakeholder capability, and cultural alignment
* Lead end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviews, offer management, and reference checks
* Represent Terra Firma's brand consistently across all candidate touchpoints.
Capability & Pipeline Development
* Build proactive talent communities aligned to priority skill areas.
* Maintain strong networks within the consulting and project delivery market.
* Support internal consultant mobility and deployment planning.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices and employer branding.
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated success recruiting business and technology consulting professionals.
* Strong understanding of consulting environments and client-facing delivery roles.
* Ability to assess both technical capability and consulting behaviours.
* Commercial awareness and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent, and CRM/ATS platforms.
* A proactive, relationship-led approach with high professional integrity.
* Experience within consulting or professional services would be ideal.
