The Role
Take ownership of a stable portfolio while delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
* Manage a portfolio of ~150 residential properties
* Handle arrears, routines and outgoings
* Liaise with owners and tenants daily
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs
* Conduct inspections via Inspection Manager
* Maintain accurate records across Property Tree & Reapit
* Work closely with internal team and external stakeholders
The Candidate
You're an experienced Property Manager who values structure, organisation and a supportive environment.
* Previous Property Management experience is essential
* Holds a Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with solid attention to detail
* Confident managing a portfolio end‐to‐end
* Experience with Property Tree, Reapit or Inspection Manager highly regarded
