The role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR & Office Administrator to join a market leading business based in stunning Barangaroo offices. Supporting the HR Director and wider business, this role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a fast paced, high performing corporate environment with a strong focus on employee experience and culture. • Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding activities • Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentation • Maintaining employee records and HR systems • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal events • Processing invoices and supporting HR reporting requirements • Providing general administrative support About You To be successful, you will have: • Previous experience in a an Office Administration, HR Coordinator or People & Culture Administration role • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • A proactive and solutions focused approach • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment • Immediate availability What's on Offer? • Immediate start • 3 month contract opportunity with potential to extend • Modern Barangaroo offices • Exposure to a globally recognised premium brand • Broad HR administration and employee experience exposure • $40 p/h plus super If you are immediately available and looking for an opportunity to further develop your career apply now.
