Marketing Assistant - Hair and Beauty Industry
At WA Hair & Beauty, we're on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to join us on a full-time basis. We're seeking someone who truly understands the ins and outs of social media, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role may be suitable for recent graduates and is based full-time at our Malaga Head Office.
Role Responsibilities
* Social media management: content creation, paid ad creation, scheduling posts & stories across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
* Design and create promotional materials for Hair Mart.
* Manage online registrations: processing online applications and ID cards.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to align messaging, branding, design elements, generate ideas, and share information and knowledge to ensure a consistent and integrated message reaches our audience.
* Proofread and perform quality assurance to maintain the highest standard of accuracy in all localised materials.
* Enter Special Price Maintenance.
* Create catalogues for email marketing purposes.
* Assist in the coordination of workshop events.
Qualifications & Skills
* Social media expertise on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
* Meticulous attention to detail with precision in content.
* Fundamental grasp of marketing principles, branding and digital marketing strategies.
* Strong time management and project‐management skills, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
* Collaborative attitude, excelling in interpersonal skills and fostering effective cross‐functional teamwork.
* Familiarity with marketing tools and relevant software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
