Hays has partnered with an established commercial gardening company that has depots throughout Melbourne, and they are dedicated to maintaining vibrant open spaces, including parks and gardens. We are currently seeking a motivated Garden Maintenance Team Member to join their mowing crew on the City Of Casey contract.
Your new role
As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, you will support the mowing crew and help keep outdoor spaces looking their best. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for landscaping.
Duties Include:
* Mowing and Trimming: Operate mowers and trimmers to maintain lawns and open areas.
* General Care: Assist with weeding, edging, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs.
* Debris Clearance: Remove leaves, litter, and debris to ensure clean and inviting spaces.
* Equipment Maintenance: Help with the upkeep of tools and equipment to ensure safe operation.
* Team Support: Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
* Work experience on a Mowing Crew is essential.
* A good attitude and strong work ethic
* The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
