About the role
Tasman Holiday Parks is looking for amazing All‐Rounders to join our team and help take our Tathra Holiday Park to the next level. This hands‐on, all‐rounder role is ideal for a versatile team member, combining reception, housekeeping, and grounds duties to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
The role is offered on a casual basis with availability required on weekends and during peak holiday periods. Opportunity to live and work on–site if you choose.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming guests and assisting at reception, including managing bookings, check‐ins, and check‐outs (Newbook experience is a bonus).
* Delivering friendly, professional customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
* Handling guest enquiries and providing local information and support.
* Cleaning and preparing guest accommodation, including making beds and restocking amenities.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms, amenities, and communal areas.
* Assisting with general groundskeeping duties, including maintaining outdoor areas, ensuring sites are tidy, and supporting maintenance tasks.
* Supporting housekeeping, reception, and grounds duties as required across the park.
* Assisting with general hospitality and day‐to‐day operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, Groundskeeping, or the hospitality/tourism industry (desired).
* Positive, can‐do attitude with a willingness to learn and work across multiple areas.
* Friendly, approachable, and professional customer service skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Strong organisational skills and a sense of responsibility.
* Flexibility, including the ability to work weekends and handle a variety of tasks.
* Ability to comfortably manage the physical requirements of the role.
* A focus on workplace safety and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
