Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced coffee shop professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service.
* Prepare high-quality espresso and coffee beverages to standards
* Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and café area
* Handle transactions accurately
* Assist in inventory management, restocking, and opening/closing duties
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a specialty coffee or high-volume café
* Strong knowledge of extraction methods and brewing techniques
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
