The Role The Bar Manager oversees daily bar operations, ensuring high service standards, smooth workflows, and strong team performance. They manage rostering, inventory, and financial reporting, deliver staff training, and maintain bar equipment. The role also involves contributing to beverage menu development, ensuring full compliance with liquor and safety regulations, analysing sales trends, and providing effective leadership to support ongoing team and business growth. Skills & Attributes 3 years' bar management experience in hospitality. Strong knowledge of RSA, liquor licensing & safety regulations (RP Badge desirable). Proven ability to lead staff and manage bar operations, including inventory and financials.
