Trusted global leader in an industrial raw mineral. They are the only global supplier of a raw mineral to manage the complete supply chain from source and processing to international distribution. They own their mines and processing plants in Australia, the USA and the Middle East and have invested significantly to expand the sources of supply and production. Our client prides themselves on maintaining a constant supply consistently, and having an established network of distributors to support their world-wide transactions
**Your new role**:
The Content, Marketing & Brand Specialist is responsible for developing and publishing content and social media that helps build the organisations brand and grow product sales, as well as supporting the overall business vision and mission.
You will report to the Global Marketing Support Manager and be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist the Global Marketing Support Manager in developing compelling marketing and communications content (written and visual) that creates brand awareness or generates leads for the regional sales teams
- Define and manage a multichannel proactive and reactive content strategy to be delivered Globally (Australia, Asia, Middle East, Europe and USA)
- Develop, plan and manage the social media strategy for the brand with a focus on community engagement
- Measure and report on performance of all social media channels and assess against business benchmarks
- Utilise data and analytics to identify content opportunities, understand our customers, and help broaden our reach across digital channels
- Work closely with our partners & leverage other key marketing resources, including our internal teams, and external agency and freelance digital & creative teams to develop brand ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs and promotional materials
- Work in conjunction with the Campaign & Digital Specialist on the company website, resulting in an engaging website that generates leads and ultimately leads to a strong brand experience for the company
- Ensure accurate budget delivery and management across multiple products
- You will be required to develop and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Advertising
- Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing and content marketing
- Demonstrated experience in strategy, planning, optimising and reporting in all digital marketing aspects
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in running successful campaigns (lead generation/demand/engagement)
- Demonstrated experience in strategy, planning, optimising and reporting in all digital marketing aspects
- Demonstrated experience in marketing automation and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and CMS platforms
- An understanding of Google Analytics, SEO and keyword research is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
