Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a large hospitality venue. This includes managing the opening and closing procedures, as well as overseeing food and beverage sections.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the venue.
* Manage cash handling, banking, and account reconciliations.
* Oversee gaming, TAB, and Keno operations.
* Develop and manage staff schedules, providing guidance and direction to team members.
* Maintain compliance with relevant licensing requirements.
