Salary: $76,515 - $80,000 per year + super depending on experience
TTATCON PTY LTD is seeking skilled and reliable Cement Renderers and Acrylic Rendering Tradespeople to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for rendering, including cleaning, leveling, and priming as required.
Mix and apply cement and acrylic render to walls, ceilings, and other structures using hand tools or machinery. Achieve smooth, textured, or patterned finishes as per project specifications.
Repair and patch existing rendered surfaces to maintain aesthetic and structural integrity.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and site supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cement renderer or acrylic rendering tradesperson.
Strong knowledge of rendering materials, techniques, and tools, including cement-based and polymer-modified acrylic mixes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or project specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in various weather conditions.
Valid trade certifications, licenses, or tickets (e.g., White Card).
Own tools and reliable transport (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Desirable Skills
Experience with decorative or specialty rendering techniques; knowledge of waterproofing and protective coatings; familiarity with modern rendering systems and technologies.
