The Role
As the Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, providing exceptional front-desk support to our team and clients.
This role presents a unique opportunity to blend your administrative expertise with your knowledge of retail and sales assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Create a warm and welcoming environment for all patients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Appointment Management: Efficiently manage patient bookings, cancellations, and follow-up appointments to ensure a smooth clinic flow.
Footwear Fitting and Sales: Assist customers with expert fitting and purchasing of footwear, providing tailored advice and recommendations to help them find the perfect fit.
Sterilisation of Instruments: Uphold our stringent hygiene standards by ensuring all podiatry instruments are properly sterilised and maintained.
Podiatrist Assistance: Provide support to our podiatrists as needed, facilitating seamless clinic operations and enhancing patient care.
Administrative Duties: Manage patient records, handle billing and payments, and perform various administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.
About You:
Ability to work 15-20 hours per week.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience in footwear fitting and sales.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
A friendly and approachable demeanour that enhances the patient experience, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with booking systems.
Willingness to learn and embrace new tasks and responsibilities.
