Account Executive Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our Australian team in Brisbane. As a founding member, you will play a key role in building our presence in the region and driving growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your local area. You will use a consultative approach to understand their unique needs and develop customized solutions that help businesses thrive.
This role requires a blend of operational sales expertise and a founder/entrepreneurial mindset. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to lay the foundation for sustainable success in the Brisbane region.
* Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
* Conduct demos and develop solutions that meet prospects' needs.
* Partner with teams across the business to ensure expectations are met in delivery.
* Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
* Understand the competitive landscape and position us accordingly.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in sourcing or closing sales roles, restaurant operations, or related fields.
* A founder mentality to work on 0-1 deals and navigate ambiguity.
* Reliable transportation (with mileage reimbursement provided).
* Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
* A proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
