**Dropshipzone - Account Manager**
Working as part of a growing team, you will support the planning and implementation of strategies to build Dopshipzones (DSZ) clients' accounts. As well as delivering exceptional service to DSZ's clients and building strong relationships, you should be able to identify issues and deliver the most appropriate solutions.
Working as part of a team, we are looking for someone that can contribute innovative ideas and enthusiasm.
**The Exciting Role**
- Identify, qualify, acquire, and grow yout client portfolio.
- Assist with new client registration through DSZ channel
- Track metrics to record the success and quality of the products in your clients portfolio and use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity
- Develop a clear understanding on the concept of selling Dropshipzone products along with the features and functionalities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the concept of selling Dropshipzone products
- Monitor new orders on DSZ and support customer enquiries based on different business terms and requirements
- Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically
- Analyse sales data and make recommendations to category departments
- Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal team
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics
- Prepare monthly report / meeting presentation on key accounts with China and Australia team
- Organise business meeting and clients' promotion and business presentation
As you develop in this role, you will be trained by a leading Ecommerce team but there are some fundamental skills that will allow you to come up to speed, so, here's what we are looking for...
**What You'll Bring**:
- 1 -2 years' working experience in a similar Account Manager role, ideally in Ecommerce / retail / FMCG
- Analytical mindset, enjoys working with data to develop actionable insights
