Epic Hair Designs, a leading hair salon chain based in Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional styling, cutting, colouring and hair care services with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties and manage cash register and appointment responsibilities.
* Provide basin work, including shampooing, conditioning and treatments.
* Offer advice on hair care products and styling tips.
* Deliver all hair colouring services, including foiling, permanent straightening, and permanent perms.
* Conduct cutting services for women, children and men, using razors and clippers as appropriate.
* Style, trim and maintain hair extensions.
* Trim beards when requested.
Role Details
* Flexible rostering – full time, part time or casual available.
* Closed every Sunday; every 6th Saturday off.
* Consistent rostering released six months in advance.
* Generous commission structure – earn a realistic extra of $150–$400 weekly.
Compensation
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 plus superannuation and commission.
