About the Role
This role involves working alongside customers with varying support needs, providing domestic assistance services, and interacting with a diverse range of customers, their families, carers, community agencies, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred services and activities that meet the individual needs and preferences of customers.
* Provide domestic assistance services, including household tasks and daily living support.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of customer information.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
