The role offers location flexibility, with the option to be based at **Head Office in Melbourne** or at one of our regional manufacturing sites in **Allansford, Cobram or Leongatha.*** Lead end to end bulk liquid planning across multiple sites* Together with S&OP, forecast and optimise overall network plans* Manage arrangements with both internal and external stakeholders, including industry partner relationships* Run daily and weekly planning rhythms with manufacturing and logistics teams* Provide visibility of milk solids inventory, KPIs and metrics* Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools and reporting* Lead and develop a team of 2 planners**About You**You're a confident planner who thrives in complexity and ambiguity and can make sound decisions with incomplete information.* Experience in supply, production or network planning within FMCG or manufacturing* Strong stakeholder management skills, including external partners* Advanced Excel capability (Power Query essential); Power BI highly regarded* Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills* Ability to lead, delegate and perform under pressure* Tertiary qualification in supply chain, business or similar* Dairy or bulk liquids experience, S&OP/ IBP exposure, SAP planning systems (desirable)**We'll Support You With:*** The opportunity to make meaningful contributions while being supported by a multinational, values-led company.* Learning and development opportunities to grow in your own way.* A competitive annual salary.* Participation in our Employee Share Ownership Program.Click Apply to submit your application.
