About this role
Wormall Civil, one of WA’s largest, family-owned civil contractors, specialising in land development and infrastructure works, is looking for Site Supervisors to take on projects ranging from Yanchep to Mandurah.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and coordinating with Project Managers to meet deadlines.
What your day will look like
* Coordinating with the project manager, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the construction project is progressing as planned.
* Creating and implementing a project plan, including scheduling work, allocating resources, and establishing quality control procedures.
* Preparing reports and analysing data related to health, safety, environment, and quality performance of construction sites.
* Providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns and issues, and resolving conflicts.
* Administrative support to WHSEQ.
* Lead teams by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues or concerns.
Requirements for the role
* Minimum 3 years Supervisor experience
* Unrestricted Australian working rights
* Valid WA Drivers Licence
* Cert IV in Civil Construction (or working towards)
* White Card/ Construction Card
* Supervisory qualification (or working towards)
* Incident investigation experience
* First aid qualification (beneficial)
