The Opportunity: As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing commercial support and ensuring the successful management of various projects. If you have a knack for contract administration, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering results, this role could be your perfect fit. Your Skills & Experience: Proven ability to cultivate and strengthen relationships both internally and externally. Experience in coordinating contract administration, including progress claims, variations, and invoicing. Strong understanding of budget development and cost control, with a focus on effective financial reporting. Demonstrated knowledge of procurement, contract management, and financial policies. Ability to resolve contractual disputes promptly and efficiently. Experience maintaining registers of variations, claims, delays, and instructions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide contractual correspondence and support to Project and Contract Managers. Proficiency in interpreting contract terms and assessing strategies and actions. Sound understanding of contractual risk management and mitigation strategies. Familiarity with WHS regulations and project-specific contracts. Capability to assist in dispute management strategies. A commitment to contributing to strategic plans and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards. Tertiary qualification in construction management, contract administration or similar is highly beneficial. Current C class drivers' licence.
