Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Contract Administrator to drive success in our Melbourne project. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in contract administration, financial reporting, and contractor management.
* This is a key leadership role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills.
* The ideal candidate will have experience working with tier 1 or 2 builders/projects and be proficient in contract administration, financial reporting, and contractor management.
This position requires a high level of autonomy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leverage contract administration, financial reporting, and contractor management expertise to drive success.
2. Engage with stakeholders and manage variations for project delivery.
3. Collaborate with the team on the $3Billion+ AUD Melbourne project.
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in construction projects.
* Demonstrated success in a similar role within construction with a tier 1/2 head contractor.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
A competitive salary package up to $250k inc. super, pending experience, and WFH flexibility are offered to the right candidate.
