We are seeking a Client Executive to join our high performing National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in‐class risk management solutions.

Service and grow a defined portfolio of existing clients, support with execution of new business strategies and will be a key part of business growth projects and implementation.

We are seeking an aspirational broker looking to grow their skills in a progressive culture, supported closely by experienced client managers and leadership, ensuring ongoing learning and professional growth.

What The Day Will Look Like

• End to end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients
• Servicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolio
• Build strong relationship with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies
• Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims
• Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing

Skills and Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking)
• Outstanding communication and relationship management
• Experience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded)
• Servicing and growing an existing client portfolio
• Attention to detail
• Thrives in a learning & growth environment
• Basic insurance technical skills (highly regarded)
