Job Summary
">
The role involves developing relationships to deliver counselling services to specific groups, including LGBTI community, young carers from rural and/or remote communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Key Responsibilities
">
• Provide high-quality counselling services to individuals, including in person and phone counselling.
">
• Develop and influence relationships to deliver counselling services to specific groups.
">
• Work with individuals in individual and group settings.
">
• Create and utilise data to generate products and services.
">
• Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
">
• Utilise clinical therapies, including Rogerian and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
">
">
Requirements
">
• Qualification in counselling, psychotherapy or social work and eligibility for accreditation.
">
• Minimum of three years' counselling experience in Australia, including experience counselling children and adolescents.
">
• Experience working with individuals in individual and group settings.
">
• Experience creating and utilising data to generate products and services.
">
• An understanding and demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
">
• Experience with clinical therapies.
