Join a Brisbane based commercial builder with over 80 years of history, delivering projects across South East QLD typically ranging from $5M to $25M. The business specialises in live operational environments, delivering work within active facilities where construction must be carefully planned around ongoing operations, strict safety systems and daily client interaction. With a growing Design & Construct pipeline and multiple projects moving from design into delivery, they are expanding their site leadership team to support secured and upcoming work. In this role, you will lead the day to day delivery of commercial projects across live environments, brownfield builds and new builds, including medical and refurbishment works within occupied sites. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will take ownership of programme, quality, logistics and subcontractor coordination from early works through to completion, including planning around operations, managing permits and shutdowns, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients.
