What you’ll do (but not limited to):
* Operate gantry crane equipment to lift and place Super T concrete girders in accordance with approved lift plans
* Work closely with dogmen, riggers, engineers, and supervisors to ensure precise alignment and placement
* Conduct pre-start checks and routine inspections of crane and lifting equipment
* Follow all SWMS, lift studies, and site safety requirements
* Maintain constant communication during complex and critical lifts
* Immediately report hazards, defects, or unsafe conditions
What you’re good at:
* Experience on >135 Ton Cranes and hold current C0 ticket
* Current DG, RB, RI and/or RA licences
* Tier 1-2 Civil Construction project experience
* Previous experience with Lift plans
* A willingness to 'pitch in' and assist with on-site labouring tasks and work as a team
* A mature approach to the workplace, an ability to complete tasks and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment
* A good attitude towards safety and ability to follow policy and procedures
