Within the Victorian Chamber, there is the Melbourne Chamber of Commerce (MCC) which focuses on large corporations and organisations in Victoria. It brings together influential companies, business leaders, key influencers and political leaders with a specialised membership program for their needs.
**About the role**
This role is responsible for providing executive support and assistance to the Chief Executive of MCC as well as the wider MCC team as directed. The role also involves providing administration assistance in relation to sponsorship for the General Manager, Strategic Initiatives. This fast-paced role will require a natural eye for detail with the ability to work effectively on numerous projects at once. This role will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and organise key events and meetings (including agendas and minutes).
**About you**
As an experienced professional you will possess previous experience in an Executive Assistant/senior administrative role, with previous exposure to liaising with key internal and external stakeholders and managing a busy diary and meeting schedule. You will have high-level diary management, administrative and IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Office skills. You will have excellent written and verbal communication along with a professional manner and attitude. You are well organised and have the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects at once in a timely and efficient manner. You will have a friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to be assertive as required.
