The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance and superannuation policies, claims handling procedures, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical insurance and superannuation advice

* Couch and mentor claims staff

* Support process improvements to enhance member service and reduce costs
About You:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims professional with over 5 years of experience in superannuation and life claims administration. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, a detailed understanding of the superannuation industry, and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
