We're looking for passionate Chef de Parties to join our team at Ventia. You'll be cooking for the Australian Defence community – preparing fresh, quality means during breakfast, lunch & dinner messes.

What you'll do:
* Prepare and serve meals for Defence personnel
* Help with catering for events and functions
* Work closely with our skilled Head Chef and develop your skills
* Keep the kitchen clean and safe
* Work with a great team and support junior staff
* Follow food safety standards
What you need:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Experience in a busy kitchen
* Be an Australian Citizen (for security clearance)
