Role Description
The Security Patrol Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Brisbane Area. Responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, monitoring premises for unusual activity, responding promptly to alarms and emergencies, and ensuring the safety and security of the property, assets, and personnel. Additional tasks may involve reporting incidents, assisting in deterring illegal activities, and maintaining a visible and professional presence throughout the assigned areas.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Physical Security, including knowledge of patrolling techniques and incident response.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and law enforcement effectively.
* Possession of a valid Security License and a clean driving record.
* Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and handle high-stress situations effectively.
* Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Previous experience in a security-related role or relevant qualifications in security operations is a plus.
* Working knowledge of security technologies and systems is advantageous.
