About the Role
Reporting to the State Manager – Victoria, this dynamic role is perfect for someone who loves sport, enjoys working with schools and community clubs, and has a creative flair for social media.
You'll be based at our office in Seabrook Reserve and play a key role in driving grassroots engagement across schools, affiliates, and events in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver school clinics (primary and secondary)
Organise Gala Days, Come & Try Days and Development Days
Manage Sporting Schools bookings and coach assignments
Organise referee and coaching education courses via The Nest
Service and support Touch Football affiliates across Victoria
Manage and grow TFV's digital presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Website)
Support delivery of TFV events throughout the year
What We're Looking For
A team player with the ability to self-manage and work independently
A passion for community sport and engaging with young people
Experience using social media platforms for business or sport promotion
Great communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
Must hold or be willing to obtain:
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Foundation Coaching or Level 1 Referee Accreditation
