This vacancy may be available in either Alice Springs, Darwin, Katherine, Nhulunbuy or Tennant Creek subject to negotiation with the successful applicant.
The Director will lead and manage the Regional Strategic Policy and Executive Coordination unit, providing strategic advice and support to the General Manager Regions, and Regional Executive Directors across the Territory.
You will support CM&C’s regional teams to implement the Government’s priorities of Rebuilding the Economy, Reducing Crime and Restoring the Territory Lifestyle.
You will drive initiatives, strategies and projects that contribute to regional development, working closely with your colleagues in the Strategic Policy and Delivery and Aboriginal Partnerships and Reform teams.
You will also coordinate the provision of high-quality advice to the CEO, Ministers and Cabinet regarding regional issues and priorities, including Aboriginal affairs.
