Key to this role is managing the administration aspects of sales and leasing processes, including database management, listings and sales transactions.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain CRM systems ensuring accurate and complete records of customer interactions and property data.
* Administer sales and leasing workflows, including listings, marketing campaigns, settlements and after-sales service to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Oversee digital communications and marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media engagement.
* Support financial management, including budgeting and forecasting to optimize revenue growth.
* Assist agents with daily administrative tasks and reporting requirements, providing timely and accurate insights to inform business decisions.
* Develop document control processes and implement business improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity and client satisfaction.
* Monitor team activity and performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders to drive growth and success.
