Visual Arts Teacher Position

We are looking for a part-time Visual Arts teacher to work one day a week, with flexible scheduling to suit the successful applicant. The position commences at the beginning of Term 3.

* A demonstrated commitment to the Church's mission in Catholic Education and the capacity to contribute to the spiritual and community dimensions of the school.
* A sound understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum and a diverse range of educational theories and practices.
* Be a creative, flexible, and enthusiastic educator with a passion for the arts and/or experience teaching the arts.
* An ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of an energetic and highly capable team.
* A strong work ethic.
* Be an organized staff member who shows initiative, flexibility, and displays a positive outlook, with a passion for education.
* Demonstrate the capacity and enthusiasm to build community with staff, parents, students, and the wider community.
* The ability to differentiate teaching and learning programs to cater for a variety of student needs.
Qualifications Required:
* Relevant four-year tertiary qualification.
