Responsibilities
* Deliver first‐class service to our customers
* Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products
* Diagnose and repair Cummins engines
* Engine rebuilding and reconditioning
* Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues/incidents to the Supervisor
* Complete required documentation such as service worksheets, warranty claims, quality forms or business system input screens

* Product Repair and Maintenance – performs repairs and maintenance following guidelines and standard repair time to ensure a quality repair
* Service Documentation – creates and verifies customer, equipment and technical information and follows required procedures in the service management system
* Technical Escalation – obtains product technical issue information, utilizes available resources and captures all troubleshooting steps in the appropriate database

Education, Licences, Certifications
* WA driver's licence
* Australian working rights
* Mechanical trades qualified as Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Light vehicle mechanic or plant mechanic (light/heavy/engine reconditioning)
* Experience as a technician in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products
* Ideally possess engine repair, rebuild or reconditioning experience
* Safety focused and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
* Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution
* Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)
