Network Operations Specialist Role
As a Network Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain the health of our network, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
* You will be responsible for monitoring network performance and implementing measures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operation and maintenance of network facilities.
* Managing customer interactions and providing exceptional service.
* Monitoring and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
* Meeting KPI/OLA and service level requirements.
* Working in a 24/7 rotating shift roster.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of telecoms operational environments and IT systems. A degree in Computer Networking Engineering or related field is highly desirable.
