Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled financial analyst to join our team in the role of Associate Planning Forecasting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to contribute to the development of strategic plans and forecasts.
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including Finance, Risk, Strategy, and Treasury, to achieve collective objectives focused on insight, forecasting, and delivering the yearly plan.

Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, with a focus on trend analysis and variances to business plans.
* Assist in delivering monthly forecasts for balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other Group metrics.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve collective objectives.
* Support plan transfer activities during designated transfer windows.
* Support the annual planning process and contribute to generating insights for Board and Executive Leadership Team materials.
* Manage the financial impacts of organisational changes, validate numerical data, and address any data discrepancies.

Requirements
* Sound numerical, financial analysis and modelling skills.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Data and business intelligence, including advanced Excel skills.
* Ability to review complex data and analyse information from multiple sources.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Degree qualified, ideally CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent).
* Substantial experience in Finance/Financial Services.
