About theRole:
TheTraining and Technology Adoption Lead is responsible for overseeingthe process of creating and implementing technology and adoptionprograms and initiatives for preschools, schools, and corporateoffices. This includes designing and executing plans, monitoringprogress, and supervising the team responsible for delivering thetraining programs.
You willwork in close collaboration with the Service Quality and TransitionLead and other key stakeholders to ensure that technology optionsare aligned with the curriculum and corporate outcomes. Inaddition, you will work closely with vendor training partners todevelop and implement curriculum-focused training that ismeaningful, engaging and encourages the adoption of new platformsand technology.
Qualifications:
Desirable: Certificate 4in Training and Assessment, Microsoft Office Specialist and/orCertified Educator, Google Certified Educator (Level 1) or similarwork experience. Special Conditions:
Thesuccessful applicant is required to gain a Department for HumanServices (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to beingemployed which is required to be renewed every five years beforeexpiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC(Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care)Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online(Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated everythree years.

Remuneration:
ASO6$95,588 - $101,109 per annum.
