Key Responsibilities
* Opening and closing matters efficiently
* Organising and confirming meetings and appointments effectively
* Preparing legal documents and drafting correspondence professionally
* Managing files accurately
* Providing general administrative support (photocopying, printing and scanning)
Requirements
* A minimum of 12 months current experience working within a law firm
* Professionalism, enthusiasm and strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Able to anticipate the needs of the team and take a proactive approach to their work
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
* High energy levels and strong motivation
* Good technical skills
