Senior Business Analyst – Join Our Sales Mission Team!

We're searching for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives on insightful analysis, creative problem-solving, and dynamic collaboration. As part of our Sales Mission team, you'll be at the heart of designing and defining new features and initiatives that fuel our Sales technology pipeline.

Your Day-to-Day Impact
* Break down complex initiatives into customer‐focused features that deliver real value.
* Define and execute the BA approach for each project, using the latest frameworks and tools.
* Develop user stories, validate solutions, and ensure everything aligns with business objectives.
* Analyse current and future states to drive smarter solution design and process improvements.
* Build strong relationships across technology and business teams, becoming a trusted advisor.
* Use data‐driven insights to support decision‐making and report on activity status, risks, and dependencies.
* Support UAT, create user guides, and contribute to training content.
What You'll Bring
* 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Senior BA in complex environments.
* A knack for bridging business and technical requirements to deliver effective solutions.
* Hands‐on experience with visual modelling tools (Lucid, Visio) and techniques (BPMN, context diagrams, customer journey mapping).
* Telecoms experience (4+ years) and familiarity with the full value chain (Sales, Delivery, Assurance, Billing) is a plus.
* Exposure to platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar CRM/Billing/Digital systems.
* Workshop facilitation skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and time‐management abilities.
* Proven agility—able to juggle competing priorities and work autonomously.
* Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach.
